The Meditation Room offers meditations that I’ve recorded for you to help you calm, clear, create, or connect.
Retreat From Stress is a virtual spa, located off the wildflower garden at The Enchanted Castle. You’ll stop by whenever you need to retreat from the Dragons of Stress, (which is every 10 minutes for most of us!)
You’ll check in, gather items for your Care For the Soul Kit, map out your own meditative spot in your home, and then learn to use the healing power of meditation to improve the quality of your life.
